Comparison
WarmProof vs Senja
Both collect testimonials and put them on your site. The difference is where your proof starts, what has to happen before it’s published, and what you do with it next. Here’s the honest version, including where Senja is ahead.
Choose Senja if
- Most of your reviews already live on platforms like G2, Trustpilot or app stores, and you want them pulled in automatically
- You need Zapier, an API or webhooks
- A team of more than one needs to log in
- You want AI-drafted case studies or translations
Choose WarmProof if
- Your best proof is in DMs, emails and community posts, not on review sites
- You want every quote to carry the person’s permission before it goes anywhere public
- You sell through launches and want the right proof at each stage, not just a wall
- You want star ratings in Google for $19/mo rather than $59

Where WarmProof is different
Permission comes before publishing, every time
Both tools can turn a screenshot into a testimonial. What happens next differs. Senja collects consent on its forms, and its own guidance notes that a testimonial imported from another platform doesn’t come with explicit permission. In WarmProof, every capture and every import lands as pending, a permission request goes to the person who wrote it, and it can’t appear anywhere public until they approve. Their approval is stored with the quote, which is what the FTC’s 2024 rules on reviews expect you to be able to show.
Built for the proof creators actually get
If you sell to an audience, your best proof rarely lives on G2. It’s a DM after a coaching call, a reply to your newsletter, a win posted in your community. WarmProof starts there. Senja’s strength is the other direction: pulling in reviews from 30+ platforms automatically.
Made for launches, not just a wall
A wall of love is where testimonials go to be admired. The launch kit puts them where people decide: pick the objection your buyers are stuck on, and it gives you the proof and the words for your sales page, launch emails and cart close.
Where Senja is ahead
Senja has been around longer and does more around the edges: automatic imports from 30+ platforms, Zapier, an API and webhooks, team seats, a Chrome extension, AI analysis and translation, and a larger widget library. Its free plan also allows 15 testimonials to our 10. If those are what you need, Senja is a good choice, and we’d rather say so than lose your trust.
Questions
Is WarmProof a good Senja alternative for creators?
If your proof lives in DMs, emails and community posts, and you sell through launches, it was built for exactly that. If you mostly collect reviews from platforms like G2 or app stores, Senja's automatic imports will suit you better.
Can I move my testimonials from Senja to WarmProof?
Yes, if you export them as a CSV. WarmProof imports CSV files, and imported testimonials arrive as pending with a permission request, so nothing is republished without the person's say-so.
Is there a free plan?
Both have one. WarmProof's is free forever with no card: 10 testimonials, 5 screenshot captures a month and one wall. Senja's free plan allows 15 testimonials.
