About

Built by someone with a folder full of unused screenshots.

WarmProof started with a very specific kind of guilt: the screenshots folder. Kind words from students, clients, and subscribers — saved in a hurry, warmly appreciated, and never seen again.

Every creator we know has that folder. The DMs that made their week. The Skool win posts. The “I have to tell you what happened” emails. Real proof, from real people — doing absolutely nothing while the sales page tries to sell on its own.

The testimonial tools that existed were built for a different world: import your G2 reviews, arrange your wall, done. But if you sell to an audience, your best proof doesn’t live on G2. It lives in your DMs. So we built the tool we wished existed — one that captures love where it actually shows up, gets consent handled properly, and then puts every kind word to work across a launch.

“Proof shouldn’t just sit there. It should sell.”

What we believe

  • Warmth is a feature. Asking for a testimonial should feel like a thank-you, not a form. Displaying one should feel like a celebration, not a database row.
  • Consent is non-negotiable.Every piece of proof in WarmProof carries its own usage permission. If it’s published, it’s cleared.
  • Small tools should behave like good friends. Honest pricing, easy exports, no dark patterns, and a human reply when you write to us.
